А також у зв'язку із збільшенням фінансування у межах поточного року та наявності права Підрядника на дострокове виконання робіт змінено термін дії договору, а саме: договір діє до 31 грудня 2021 року. Вищезазначені причини внесення змін у відповідності до статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" вибрана Замовником з технічних міркувань у зв'язку з відсутністю технічної можливості вказання реальної причини внесення змін до договору
