В зв'язку зі зміною формування ціни на нафтопродукти значно зросли закупівельні і роздрібні ціни на пальне. На підставі листа Учасника від 03 вересня 2018 року №21/07-1042 та Довідки торгово-промислової палати керуючись п.п.2 п.4 ст. 36 Закону України"Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.2015 року №922-VIII та на підставі п.4.5. Договору Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару шляхом підписання додаткової угоди №2 від 13 вересня 2018 року.
