1.Пункт 11.1 розділу 11 “Строк дії Договору” викласти в наступній редакції:
“11.1. Цей договір вважається укладеним з моменту підписання уповноваженими представниками сторін та скріплення відтиском печаток сторін та діє до 31 грудня 2023 року (включно), а в частині взаєморозрахунків – до повного їх виконання Сторонами.
Сторони дійшли спільної згоди, що відповідно до ч. 3 ст. 631 Цивільного кодексу України, ст. 180 Господарського кодексу України, умови цього Договору поширюються на правовідносини, які склалися між Сторонами з 01 січня 2023 року.”
