Примітка: додатковою угодою № 1 строк дії договору був продовжений до 31.03.2020р., а додатковою угодою № 3 сума договору була збільшена до 20 % суми договору, але у зв'язку з тим, що електронна система закупівель при публікації додаткової угоди № 2 не дає можливості поставити дату завершення дії договору 31.03.2020р., замовник змушений в електронній формі «Дата завершення дії» поставити на один день більше – 01.04.2020р.
