На підставі п.п. 1, 2 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та відповідно до пункту 11.3. Договору про закупівлю від 10.04.2018р. за №59 уклали додаткову угоду про наступне: В зв'язку з підвищенням цін на деякі позиції товару на ринку Замовник і Постачальник за взаємною згодою сторін вирішили збільшити ціну за одиницю товару за деякими позиціями, при цьому зменшивши за цими позиціями обсяги закупівлі. Додаток 1 до договору про закупівлю від 10.04.2018р. за №59 викласти в новій редакції
