Сторони дійшли згоди щодо зміни ціни за одиницю товару з 01.07.2021 року у бік збільшення на 0.20146 грн. без ПДВ (вартість суми збільшення з ПДВ 0.241758). що складає 9.9 відсотків від попередньої ціни до подорожчання такого товару на ринку, без збільшення загальної вартості Договору №25-03ТБ/21 від 26.03.2021 року, за рахунок зменшення обсягів закупівлі (кВт*год) за предметом ДК 021:2015:09310000-5- Електрична енергія (Електрична енергія) в межах, що не перевищує 10 відсотків за одиницю Товару. У зв'язку з зазначеним, вносяться відповідні зміни до Договору №25-03ТБ/21 від 26.03.2021 року, а зазначені нижче умови викладено у новій редакції: абзац перший пункту 2.5 текстової частини даного Договору: «Обсяг постачання електричної енергії за цим Договором складає на період з 01.04.2021 року по 31.12.2021 року становить 2299817,17 кВт*год., у тому числі з 01.04.2021року по 30.06.2021 року становить 651475 кВт*год. з 01.07.2021 року по 31.12.2021 року становить 1648342.17 кВт*год» абзац сьомий пункту 5.1: «Вартість 1кВт*год електроенергії на момент підписання Договору становить 2.442 грн у тому числі ПДВ 0,407грн та діє з 01.04.2021 року по 30.06.2021 року, вартість 1 кВт*год електроенергії з 01.07.2021 року становить 2.683752 грн у тому числі ПДВ 0.447292 грн».
