Керуючись ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони домовились продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2020 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, відповідно п. 10.2 Договору, після затвердження у встановленому порядку бюджетних асигнувань для Замовника на фінансування закупівлі протягом 2020 року.

Керуючись п.8 ч.4 та ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», ст.ст. 651, 653, та 654 Цивільного кодексу України, а також з урахуванням положень додаткової угоди №4 від 26.12.2019р. до Договору, Сторони прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році.
