На підставі п. 1 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та п. 10.4. Договору № 0062 від 15 січня 2019 р., Сторони домовились з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків, зменшити обсяг закупівлі на 34 Гкал, зменшити суму даного Договору на 61500,00 грн (шістдесят одна тисяча п’ятсот грн.) та внести зміни до пунктів 3.1., 3.2. Договору № 0062 від 15 січня та викласти їх у наступній редакції: п. 3.1. Ціна цього договору становить: 3741400,00 грн (три мільйони сімсот сорок одна тисяча чотириста грн.) в т.ч. ПДВ 623566,67 грн. п. 3.2. Обсяг постачання теплової енергії на 2019 рік складає 2070 Гкал.
