Відповідно до п. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі на постачання природного газу для споживачів, що не є побутовими (для бюджетних установ та організацій) від 20.09.2018 № 001514(2018)-БТ, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, а саме 242 840,54 грн. (двісті сорок дві тисячі вісімсот сорок гривень 54 копійки), у тому числі ПДВ 20% - 40 473,42 грн. (сорок тисяч чотириста сімдесят три гривні 42 копійки).
