Керуючись п.1 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 р. № 922-VIII, сторони дійшли згоди: щодо зменшення обсягів товару за даним Договором на закупівлю «М’ясо» (Яловичина) за кодом ДК 021:2015:15110000-2 на 220 кг до 600 кг; Зменшити ціну Договору №683 від «12» жовтня 2018 р. на 21278,40 грн. з ПДВ.Пункт 3.3 Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «Ціна цього Договору становить 58032,00 грн. (п’ятдесят вісім тисяч тридцять дві гривні 00 копiйок), в тому числі ПДВ складає 9672,00 грн. (дев’ять тисяч шістсот сімдесят дві гривні 00 копійок)».
