1.Продовжити дію Договору у 2022 році на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми. визначеної в початковому договорі про закпівлю.
2. Договір набирає чинності з дати підписання та скріплення печатками Сторін та на підставі ч.3 ст.631 ЦКУ, поширює дію на відносини, що склалися між Сторонами з 25.01.2021 р. по 31.12.2021 року, а в частині розрахунків-до повного виконання договірних зобов'язань.

1.Ціна цього договору з 01.01.2022 р. по 01.02.2022 р. не перевищує 20% загальної суми початкового договору за 2021 рік та становить 31360 грн.00 коп. (тридцять одна тисяча триста шістдесят грн. 00 коп.) без ПДВ. Усього за договором: 290068 грн.00 коп.(двісті девяносто тисяч шістдесят вісім грн. 00 коп.) без ПДВ.
2.Постачальник зобов'язується надавати послуги з організації гарячого харчування учнів пільгових категорій у вигляді сніданків в кількості 1120 порцій. Усього за договором: 16023 порцій.
Ця додаткова угода є невід'ємною частиною договору та діє з 01.01.2022 р. по 01.02.2022 р. відповідно до ч.3 ст.631 ЦКУ, а в частині розрахунків- до повного виконання зобов'язань.
