1. Сторони дійшли згоди пункт 2.2. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «2.2. Строк дії Договору та/або виконання зобов’язань може бути продовжено у разі виникнення документально підтверджених об’єктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження, у тому числі обставин непереборної сили, затримки фінансування витрат Замовника за умови, що такі зміни не призведуть до збільшення суми, визначеної у Договорі»
2. На підставі пункту 2.2. Договору, внаслідок виникнення документально підтверджених об’єктивних обставин, продовжити строк дії Договору та/або виконання зобов’язань за Договором та пункт 2.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «2.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту підписання і діє до 31.12.2025 року, а в частині грошових зобов’язань до повного їх виконання».
3. Абзац 1 пункту 4.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «Ціна Договору визначається відповідно до суми договірної ціни (Додаток 3 до Договору) і становить 26 184 404,00 грн., крім того ПДВ 5 236 880,80 грн., разом з ПДВ 31 421 284,80 грн. (Тридцять один мільйон чотириста двадцять одна тисяча двісті вісімдесят чотири гривні 80 коп.), в тому числі:
2020 рік – 3 000 000,00 грн.
2021 рік – 26 232 364,80 грн.
2022 рік – 194 400,00 грн.
2023 рік – 450 360,00 грн.
2024 рік – 0,00 грн.
2025 рік –1 544 160,00 грн.».
