У зв’язку із підвищенням ціни Cторони дійшли згоди:
1. Внести зміни до п. 2.1. Договору поставки № 18-3-1 від 18 березня 2021 року, (далі- Договір) , виклавши його в наступній редакції: «2.1. Вартість Договору складає 106 216,8 (сто шість тисяч двісті шістнадцять) грн. 80 коп., з ПДВ.»
2. Внести зміни до Додатку № 1 до Договору та викласти в новій редакції Додається.
