Note:
у зв'язку з відсутністю своєчасного фінансування по об’єкту: «Капітальний ремонт дорожнього покриття по вул. Б. Хмельницького та провулку Б. Хмельницького в с. Довжик Житомирського району Житомирської області» в 2019 році внести зміни до договору № 443 від 29.05.2019 року , а саме:
1. Викласти пункт 3.1. договору в наступній редакції: Загальна сума цього договору становить 1720198,00 грн. (один мільйон сімсот двадцять тисяч сто дев’яносто вісім гривень 00 копійок), в тому числі ПДВ - 286699,67 грн. (двісті вісімдесят шість тисяч , шістсот дев’яносто дев’ять гривень 67 копійок, визначається відповідно до положень ДСТУ Б Д. 1.1-1:2013 та договірної ціни.
Фінансування 2019 року - 0,00 грн. (нуль гривень 00 копійок) в т.ч. ПДВ ;
Фінансування 2020 року - 0,00 грн. (нуль гривень 00 копійок) в т.ч. ПДВ ;
Фінансування 2021 року - 1720198,00 грн. (один мільйон сімсот двадцять тисяч сто дев’яносто вісім гривень 00 копійок), в тому числі ПДВ - 286699,67 грн. (двісті вісімдесят шість тисяч шістсот дев’яносто дев’ять гривень 67 копійок.
2. Викласти пункт 5.1. договору в наступній редакції: «Строк виконання робіт - до 01.06.2021 року за умови своєчасного фінансування».
3. Викласти пункт 10.1. договору в наступній редакції: Цей Договір набуває чинності з моменту його підписання сторонами і діє до 31 грудня 2021 року.
