Note:
1. Згідно пункту 4.4. Договору було складено усі сплачені кошти. 2. Пункт 4.2. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: "Загальна вартість ПРОДУКЦІЇ по Договору – 4 099 571,94 грн. (чотири мільйони дев’яносто дев’ять тисяч п’ятсот сімдесят одна гривня 94 коп.), в тому числі ПДВ 683 261,99 грн. (шістсот вісімдесят три тисячі двісті шістдесят одна гривня 99 коп.)" 3. п.12.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: « Термін дії даного Договору встановлений з моменту підписання до 31 березня 2022 року.» 4. Дана додаткова угода є невід'ємною частиною Договору №33/2020 від 18 червня 2020 року. 5. Всі інші положення Договору №33/2020 від 18 червня 2020 року залишаються без змін. 6. Дана додаткова угода складена в двох примірниках, що є ідентичними та мають однакову юридичну силу, один примірник для ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКА, інший для ПОКУПЦЯ.
