«Ціна газу становить – 8089,217 грн. за 1000 куб. м., крім того ПДВ- 1617,843 грн., всього з ПДВ – 9707,060 грн. »
ІІ. Додаткова угода набуває чинності з моменту підписання.
ІІІ. Всі інші умови Договору не змінені цією додатковою угодою, залишаються в силі.
ІV. Додаткову угоду складено у двох примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу, по одному для кожної із Сторін.

І. У зв’язку із зміною ціни на газ в межах 10 відсотків у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку та на підставі п.п.2 п.4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», п.3.2 договору викласти наступній редакції:
«Ціна газу становить - 8453,20 грн. за 1000 куб. м., крім того ПДВ- 1690,64 грн., всього з ПДВ - 10143,84 грн. »
II. Ціна вказана в додатковій угоді діє з 02.02.2017 року.
