ДОДАТКОВА УГОДА № 2 до договору про закупівлю послуг з централізованого опалення та постачання гарячої води № 1207-Т від 12.02.2019р. Розділ З «Ціна договору» Договору № 1207-Т від 12 лютого 2019 року, пункт 3.1 викласти в такій редакції. Ціна Договору становить 1 053 977,00 грн.; - в т.ч. послуги з постачання теплової енергії 609,12 Гкал на суму 975 160,00 грн., з урахуванням ПДВ: в т.ч. на власні потреби 607,7 Гкал на суму 972 885,72 грн. , та на потреби орендарів 1,42 Гкал на суму 2 274,28 грн.; - на послугу з централізованого постачання води 915,412 м2 на суму 78 817,00 грн., з урахуванням ПДВ. Інші умови вищезазначеного Договору, не порушені в цій Додатковій угоді, залишаються незмінними, і Сторони підтверджують щодо них свої зобов’язання. Дана Додаткова угода набуває чинності з моменту її підписання Сторонами та є невід’ємною частиною Договору про закупівлю послуг з централізованого опалення та постачання гарячої води № 1207-Т від 12 лютого 2019 року і діє до 31 грудня 2019 року.
