Стосовно виконання гарантійних зобов’язань Постачальника, передбачених Договором, Договір діє до закінчення строку дії гарантії на Продукцію.»

1. Викласти Додаток №9 до Договору в новій редакції. 2. Внести зміни щодо строків поставки оливи турбінної Тп-22 та викласти Додаток №1 (Специфікація №1) до Договору в новій редакції. 3. Виключити з Договору в повному обсязі оливу турбінну Тп-22С(ISO 32) та викласти Додатки №1, №2, №3 (Специфікації №1, №2, №3) до Договору в новій редакції. 4. Викласти п. 3.1. Договору в новій редакції: «3.1. Ціна Договору без ПДВ становить 1 954 348,00 грн. (один мільйон дев’ятсот п’ятдесят чотири тисячі триста сорок вісім гривень 00 копійок), крім того ПДВ – 390 869,60 грн. Загальна сума Договору становить 2 345 217,60 грн. (два мільйони триста сорок п’ять тисяч двісті сімнадцять гривень 60 копійок) з ПДВ.»
