1. Узв’язку із коригуванням ціни до двох знаків після коми в бік зменшення (без зміни кількості(обсягу) та якості товарів, робіт і послуг), на підставі пункту 5 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" та п. 3.3 Договору про закупівлю товару №6 від 05.01.2021 р. за взаємною згодою Сторони домовились внести зміни до п. 3.1. та внести його в новій редакції:
"3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 71314,92 (сімдесят одна тисяча триста чотирнадцять гривень 92 копійки) грн., в тому числі ПДВ 11885,82 грн."
2. Враховуючи вищевикладене, специфікацію (Додаток №1 до Договору) викладено в новій редакції.
