У зв'язку із коливанням ціни природного газу на ринку в бік збільшення, керуючись пунктом 2 частини 5 статті 41 Закону, п.10.7 та п.10.9.2 Договору, Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну за одиницю товару та зменшити загальний об'єм постачання природного газу на 8489,9954 тис.м.куб., при цьому загальна вартість Договору залишається без змін.
