Note:
У зв’язку з вступом у дію постанови НКРЕКП №2353 від 09.12.2020 року, відповідно до якої має місце зменшення тарифу на передачу електричної енергії з 01.01.2021, та продовженням дії Договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в Договорі, Сторони домовилися пункти 2.2, 5.1 та 5.2 Договору викласти в новій редакції, відповідно до змісту Додаткової угоди №8.
14.Сума договору після внесення змін: 1 237 948,99 грн. в т.ч. ПДВ. 15.Кількість товарів або обсяг виконання робіт чи надання послуг після внесення змін: 543 339 кВт/год.
