Обмеження щодо строків зміни ціни за одиницю товару не застосовується у випадках зміни умов договору про закупівлю бензину та дизельного пального, газу та електричної енергії; Керуючись ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» пунктом 1 частини 5 зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника; Відповідно до п.2 ст. 12 ЗУ «Про ринок природного газу» про встановлення вільної ціни між постачальником та споживачем та Постанови Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг № 3013 від 24.12.2019 року «Про встановлення тарифів для ТОВ «ОПЕРАТОР ГТС УКРАЇНИ" на послуги транспортування природного газу для точок входу і точок виходу на регуляторний період 2020-2024 роки», Сторони дійшли згоди з 01.03.2021 року викласти пункт 3.2. Договору у наступній редакції. «3.2. Ціна газу з урахуванням вартості послуги доступу до потужності становить 7,209564 грн. за 1 куб.м, крім того ПДВ 1,441913 грн., всього з ПДВ – 8,651477 грн.»
