Розрахунки здійснюються на підставі ст. 49 Бюджетного кодексу України. Вартість договору відповідно до бюджетних асигнувань становить 200 000,00 грн. (двісті тисяч гривень 00 копійок). 2. Дана Додаткова угода укладається і підписується у 2-х (двох) примірниках, що мають однакову юридичну силу, 1 (один) примірник – Замовнику, 1 (один) – Технагляду. 3. Дана додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту підписання її Сторонами та є невід’ємною частиною даного Договору № 46 від 01.05.2023 року.
