Note:
1. Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку року, збільшивши обсяг закупівлі послуг та суму, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, яка складає 5 200,00 грн (п’ять тисяч двісті) гривень 00 копійок, без ПДВ.
2. Викласти пункт 3.1 Договору в наступній редакції:
« Ціна цього Договору становить: 35 100,00 грн (тридцять п’ять тисяч сто) гривень 00 копійок, без ПДВ.
3. Додати до Додаткової угоди Специфікацію №2 до на суму збільшення Договору, яка є невід'ємною частиною даної Додаткової угоди.
