У зв’язку з допущенимиорфографічними та механичними помилками у формулі розрахунку нової(зміненої) ціни за одиницю електричної енергшї у додатку 1 до Договору, Сторони погодились внести до Додатку 1 до Договору № 2273-21 від 20.01.2021р. наступні зміни викласти його у новій редакції ( додається):
2. Дана Додаткова угода є невід’ємною частино. договору № 2273-21 про закупівлю електричної енергії від 20.01.2021року.
3. Дана Додаткова угода складена при повному розумінні Сторонами ії умов та термінології українською мовою у двух автентичних примірниках,які мають однакову юридичну силу,-по одному для кожної із Сторін.
4 Керуючись ч. 3 ст. 631 Цівільного кодексу України,Сторони прийшли до згоди,що умови даної додаткової угоди поширюють дію на відносини,що фактично склалися між Сторонами з 01 лютого 2021 р.
