Керуючись п.п.1 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" Сторони домовились зменшити обсяги закупівлі,зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків Споживача, таким чином зменшити ціну Договору 200000 грн.(Двісті тисяч грн.00 коп.) в т.ч.ПДВ 33333,33 грн. (Тридцять три тисячі триста тридцять три грн.33 коп.) та обсяг закупівлі на 58,976 Гкал.У зв'язку з застосуванням п.1 цієї Додаткової угоди Соторони домовилися викласти у новій редакції: п.1.3. Договору "Теплова енергія поставляється Споживачу у кількості 279,024 Гкал, п.2.1. Договору "Ціна цього Договору становить 946228,98 грн (Дев'яносто сорок шість тисяч двісті двадцять вісім грн.98 коп.) вт.ч.ПДВ 157704,83 грн. (Сто п'ятдесят сім тисяч сімсот чотири грн.83 коп.)
