1. 2. Додаток № 1, який є невід’ємною частиною Договору викласти в новій редакції (додається).
3. Інші умови Договору залишаються без змін.
4. Ця Додаткова угода № 9 складена у двох примірниках, кожен з яких має однакову юридичну силу, по одному примірнику для кожної із Сторін.
5. Ця Додаткова угода № 9 набирає чинності з моменту її підписання Сторонами та скріплення печатками Сторін, та є невід’ємною частиною Договору № 10402 від 05.04.2021 року.
