Виправлення технічної механічної помилки в Додатковій угоді №1 до Договору закупівлі ДК 021:2015: 09310000-5 - Електрична енергія за ідентифікатором закупівлі UA-2020-12-28-014110-c. 14.01.2021 року відбулись зміни Договору з причин: зменшення обсягів закупівлі; зміна ціни за одиницю товару; узгоджене зменшення ціни (обґрунтування - зменшення обсягів закупівлі до 7644 кВт*год та суми договору до 12841.92 у зв'язку із подорожчанням електроенергії на 0,78 грн за 1 кВт*год). Під час публікації змін до договору на офіційний майданчик електронної системи державних закупівель було помилково завантажено відсканований варіант Додаткової угоди без підпису директору закладу . Так як електронна система закупівель не дає змогу виправити помилку шляхом коригування невірної інформації на сторінці закупівлі, тому керуючись Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», з метою забезпечення прозорості та відкритості процедур закупівлі тендерним комітетом було прийняте рішення(протокол №10 від 26.01.2021) виправити технічну помилку шляхом оприлюднення додаткової угоди з підписом директору закладу та печаткою. Протокол додається.
