Відповідно до п.5 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" №922-VIII від 25.12.2015, Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити суму Договору на відпуск теплової енергії у вигляді гарячої води від 26.01.2017 на 82 293,55 грн (вісімдесят дві тисячі двісті дев’яносто три гривні 55 коп.), виклавши абзац 4 п.41 розділу “Розрахунки за користування тепловою єнергією” в наступній редакції:
Пункт 41 абзац 4: “Сума договору згідно діючих тарифів складає 411 467,77 грн з ПДВ (чотириста одинадцять тисяч чотириста шістдесят сім гривень 77 коп.).”
