У зв’язку з тим, що не в повному обсязі виконані зобов’язання Сторонами та керуючись положеннями підпункту 4 пункту 19 Постанови КМУ від 12.10.22 № 1178 «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування» Сторони домовилися подовжити термін дії договору на придбання товару: Конструкційні матеріали, код ДК 021:2015-4411 (Цемент ПЦ ІІ/А-Ш-500Р-Н) до 31.12.2023р. за умови, що таке подовження не призведе до збільшення суми (ціни) Договору
