Note:
Відповідно п.5 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015р. №922-VIII, продовжити дію договору про постачання електричної енергії споживачу №А-4195-ПП від 15.02.2020 року на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, п.13.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
«13.1. Цей договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання повноваженими представниками Сторін та діє до «31» січня 2021 року (включно), а в частині розрахунків, до повного їх погашення».
