5.2.1. Стороны договорились внести изменения по ниже перечисленным позициям и суммам Спецификаций (Приложения № 1, Приложения № 2 и Приложения № 3 к Контракту № ANT–123 от 12.03.2018г.) и читать их в следующей редакции:
Общая сумма Спецификации (Приложение 1) составляет: 111 186,90 долларов США (сто одиннадцать тысяч сто восемьдесят шесть долларов США, 90 центов).
Общая сумма Спецификации (Приложение 2) составляет: 691 443,26 долларов США (шестьсот девяносто одна тысяча четыреста сорок три доллара США, 26 центов).
Общая сумма Спецификации (Приложение 3) составляет:
78 028,00 долларов США (семьдесят восемь тысяч двадцать восемь долларов США, 00 центов).
5.2.2. Общая стоимость Контракта № ANT – 123 от 12.03.2018 г. по суммам Приложений № 1, № 2 и № составляет 880 658,16 долларов США (восемьсот восемьдесят тысяч шестьсот пятьдесят восемь долларов США, 16 центов).
5.2.3. Пункт 3.1. Контракта № ANT – 123 от 12.03.2018 г. читать в следующей редакции:
«3.1. Продавец обязуется поставить Продукцию в течение 265 (двести шестьдесят пять) календарных дней с даты зачисления на свой расчетный счет предоплаты (аванса) от Покупателя».
