Відповідно до наказу Міністерства регіонального розвитку, будівництва та житлово-комунального господарства України від 27.07.2018 №196 «Про внесення змін до Порядку розрахунку розміру кошторисної заробітної плати, який враховується при визначенні вартості будівництва об’єктів» та рішення Херсонської міської ради від 30.03.2018 № 1312 «Про внесення зміни до рішення міської ради від 29.11.2017 № 1031 «Про встановлення розміру кошторисної заробітної плати, який враховується при визначенні вартості будівництва об’єктів, що споруджуються за рахунок коштів міського бюджету», враховуючи встановлені згідно із законодавством нормативи ДСТУ Б Д.1.1-1:2013 «Правила визначення вартості будівництва», керуючись пунктом 3,2 Договору, Сторони дійшли згоди:
Встановити у договірній ціні розмір кошторисної заробітної плати 7 800,00 грн та, відповідно, збільшити ціну Договору на 242 729,35 грн
