1. Збільшити суму Договору на 7596,36 грн. з ПДВ та пункт 3.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
«3.1. Ціна договору становить 37981,81 (тридцять сім тисяч дев'ятсот вісімдесят одна гривня 81 коп.) у тому числі ПДВ: 7596,36 визначено відповідно до умов цінової пропозиції.»
2. Продовжити термін дії договору, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на 2020 рік та пункт 10.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції «Договір про закупівлю набирає чинності з дня його підписання і діє по 14 лютого 2020 року.»
