Керуючись ст.36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» Чудейська сільська рада та ТОВ Чернівецька обласна енергопостачальна компанія , прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору №364 від 28.12.2018 року для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджені в установленому порядку.

Зміни умов у зв’язку із продовженням строку дії договору, достатнього для проведення процедури закупівлі на початок наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, відповідно до пункту 5 ст 36 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі". У додатковій угоді №1 від 27.12.2019 до договоу вказано про те, що обсяг закупівлі буде визначений після затвердженя Річного плану закупівель Чудейською сільською радою на 2020 рік, про що сторонами буде уладено додаткову угоду.
