Керуючись п.2 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та п. 11.2.2 Договору, Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну за одиницю товару до 10 % пропорційно збільшенню ціни такого товару на ринку у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку, за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми визначеної в Договорі, а саме: підвищити ціну за одиницю продукції (сир кисломолочний, 9% жиру) з 76,88 грн. з ПДВ до 80,90 грн. з ПДВ.
