Відповідно до ст.ст. 651, 653 та 654 Цивільного кодексу України, п. 2. ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та на підставі п. 2 ч. 11.2 даного Договору, уклали цю Додаткову угоду про наступне: Сторони Договору погоджують змінити ціну за одиницю Товару не більше як на 10%, у співвідношенні до ціни встановленої на підставі тендерної пропозиції, при цьому не збільшуючи суму, визначену в договорі. Більш детальна інформація в прикріпленій Додатковій угоді.
