З метою належного і якісного виконання взятих забов"язань та керуючись Законом України "Про публічні закупівлі" та на підставі п.2 ч.4 ст. 36 цього Закону, а саме зміни ціни за одиницю товару не більше, як на 10 % у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку . Сторони домовились внести наступні зіни до Договору
п.1.2. плановий обсяг постачання газу -до 75.247 тис. куб м.
п.3.2 Ціна з урахуванням тарифу на транспортування природного газу магістральними трубопроводами -10744.80грн.
3.6. Загальна сума договору становить 808513.97 грн.

З метою виконання забов"язань за договором постачання природного газу №157 від 13.07.2018 , керуючись Законом України "Про публічні закупівлі" та на підставі п.2 ч.4 ст. 36 Закону, а саме: зміни ціни за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку, за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі. Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару .

дійшли згоди доповнити Договір пунктом п. 11.1.1:
«Договір вважається пролонгованим до 01.03.2019 року на час достатній для проведення
процедури закупівлі на початку 2019 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми,
визначеної у договорі, укладеному у попередньому році
Загальна сума додаткової угоди складає 66970,40 грн. (шістдесят шість тисяч дев’ятсот
сімдесят грн. 40 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ 20%.».
