1.Сторони домовились внести зміни до пункту 3.5. розділу 3:
3.5. «Фінансування послуг здійснюється за кошти місцевого бюджету та кошти відшкодування місцевим бюджетам відповідно до Постанови КМУ від 05.07.2024 №796 та Рішення КМУ від 13.08.2024 №754, а саме:
- рахунок UA468201720344210005000098349 – 605610,00 (шістсот п’ять тисяч шістсот десять) гривень 00 копійок;
- рахунок UA908201720344241017164098349 – 469350,00 (чотириста шістдесяи дев’ять тисяч триста п’ятдесят) гривень 00 копійок.»

Note:
1. Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди цією Додатковою угодою достроково розірвати (припинити) дію Договору про закупівлю товару №04 від 13 січня 2025 року (далі — Договір).
2. З моменту набрання чинності цієї Додаткової угоди зобов’язання Сторін, що виникли з зазначеного вище Договору, припиняються, і Сторони не вважають себе пов’язаними будь-якими правами та обов’язками, що виникли із Договором, а в частині розрахунків - до повного виконання Сторонами зобов’язань.
3. Сторони підтверджують відсутність будь-яких претензій одна до одної, пов’язаних з виконанням Договору про закупівлю товару №04 від 13 січня 2025 року.
4. Усі інші умови залишаються незмінними.
5. Дана Додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках, що мають однакову юридичну силу та є
невід’ємною частиною Договору про закупівлю товару №04 від 13 січня 2025 року.
6. Дана Додаткова угода набирає чинності з 21 березня 2025 року 23:59 год..
