У зв’язку з зростанням вартості одиниці газу природного, Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну газу природного та внести зміни до Договору постачання від 03.01.2017 р. та викласти його у наступній редакції: 1.Пункт 1.2. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: 1.2. Плановий обсяг постачання газу – м.куб. 41 242. 2.Пункт 3.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: 3.1. Загальна сума даного Договору становить 381 997,80 грн., в т.ч. ПДВ 63 666,30 грн., та розраховується шляхом множення необхідного обсягу газу на ціну газу за 1000 куб. м з ПДВ. Ціна газу є звичайною та становить 7 947,50 грн. за 1000 куб. м, крім того ПДВ 1 589,50 грн., всього з ПДВ 9 537,00 грн. 3.Зобов’язання сторін, по даній додатковій угоді, відповідно до ч.3 ст.631 Цивільного кодексу, виникають з 01 лютого 2017 року

Виконання зобов’язань щодо закупівлі обсягу предмета закупівлі у межах 20 % залежатиме від затвердження видатків на початку року у встановленому порядку.
