«п.3.2. Ціна газу становить – 8919,200 грн. за 1000 куб. м., крім того ПДВ – 1783,840 грн., всього з ПДВ – 10703,040 грн. ( з урахуванням тарифу на транспортування магістральними трубопроводами)»
ІІ. Всі інші умови договору не змінені цією додатковою угодою, залишаються в силі.
ІІІ. Додаткову угоду складено в двох примірниках, по одному для кожної із Сторін, які мають однакову юридичну силу та враховуючи норму частини третьої статті 631 Цивільного кодексу України поширює свою дію на відносини сторін, що фактично склались з 01.02.2018 року.
