У зв’язку з необхідностю продовження строку дії договору про закупівлю та строку виконання зобов’язань щодо виконання робіт, у разі виникнення документально підтверджених об’єктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження, у тому числі, затримки фінансування витрат замовника, за умови що такі зміни не призведуть до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю, Сторони домовились пункт 13.1 Договору викласти у новій редакції: «Договір в частині кожної черги будівництва набуває чинності з моменту його підписання Сторонами, але не раніше надходження на рахунок Замовника бюджетних призначень та діє до 31.12.2022 року. У разі затримки фінансування витрат Замовника чи у випадку поетапного виділення фінансування з бюджету на протязі кількох років, строк дії Договору коригується щляхом укладання додаткових угод відповідно до виділеного фінансування. У такому випадку Договір продовжує свою дію до кінця кожного наступного бюджетного року, але у будь-якому разі до повного виконання Сторонами взятих на себе зобов’язань.» 2. Продовження строку підтверджується поетапним виділенням фінансування для виконання робіт по об’єкту: «Реконструкція приміщення ЗОШ №3 І-ІІІ ступенів по вул..Суворова,1 в м.Малині (ДК 021-2015 - 45000000-7 Будівельні роботи та поточний ремонт)» на 2022 рік.
