1) На підставі п.11.4 Договору №56 від 02.03.2021 року та згідно п.2ч.5ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" у звязку зі збільшенням середньоринкової ціни на товар, сторони дійшли згоди про збільшення ціни за одиницю товару на 10% та, відповідно, зменшити обсяги закупівлі та ціни Договору на 21,00 грн. 2) Специфікацію Договору викласти в новій редакції
