у зв’язку із збільшенням кошторисних призначень на дану закупівлю та ураховуючи п.11.1. Розділу XI «Інші умови» Договору № 06-18 від «04» січня 2018 року, уклали цю додаткову угоду про таке (далі – Додаткова угода): 1. Викласти п. 3.3.1 Розділу ІІІ. «III. Ціна договору» та п.2 Додатку 1 «Протокол узгодження ціни» в наступній редакції: «Грошове зобов’язання в межах встановлених кошторисом становить – 2 950 000 грн. 00 коп. (два мільйона дев’ятсот п’ятдесят тисяч гривень 00 коп.), (у тому числі ПДВ 20% - 491 666,67 грн.).
