Згідно ч.6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити строк дії Договору про закупівлю № 14-7 від 14. 07. 2021 року (далі Договір) на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2022 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків від суми, визначеної в Договорі, укладеному в 2021 році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку, та викласти пункт 12.1 та пункт 5.7. даного Договору в наступній редакції:
-«12.1.Цей Договір вважається укладеним і набуває чинності з моменту підписання та діє до 31 березня 2022 року, а в частині фінансових розрахунків — до повного їх здійснення»
-«5.7. Строк поставки Товару : до 31 березня 2022 року.»
