У зв’язку з виникненням форс – мажорних обставин (обставин непереборної сили), що об’єктивно унеможливлюють належне виконання зобов’язань за Договором, а саме: неможливості виконання оздоблювальних та інших робіт, зважаючи на несприятливі погодні умови у терміни вказані в Календарному графіку виконання робіт (Додаток 1 до Договору), враховуючи протоколи нарад від 12 лютого 2026 року № 2, від 26 березня 2026 року № 4, відповідно до Сертифікату № 2300-26-1085 про форс – мажорні обставини (обставини непереборної сили) виданого Запорізькою торгово – промисловою палатою від 13 травня 2026 року за № 03.3/283, Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити строки виконання зобов’язань за Договором.
