Відповідно до п. 10.3 Договору про закупівлю № ПБ 4-23/2018 від 13 березня 2018 року та чинного законодавства, Сторони дійшли згоди подовжити дію цього Договору про закупівлю № ПБ 4-23/2018 від 13 березня 2018 року на термін, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у Договорі, укладеному у попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, а саме на 31 615,80 грн., (Тридцять одна тисяча шістсот п'ятнадцять грн., 80 коп.) без ПДВ.
