Керуючись ч.6 Статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (зі змінами) та з урахуванням необхідності проведення Споживачем процедури відкритих торгів по закупівлі електричної енергії на 2022 рік Сторони дійшли згоди подовжити строк дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі.
