1. У зв’язку із зміною з 01.01.2021р. регульованих цін за 1 кВт*год, на послуги з розподілу та передачі електричної енергії, Сторони дійшли згоди:
1.1.Викласти п.2.1 Договору в наступній редакції:
« За цим Договором Постачальник продає електричну енергію CPV за за ДК 021:2015 код 09310000-5 Електрична енергія Споживачу для забезпечення потреб електроустановок Споживача, а Споживач оплачує Постачальнику вартість використаної (купованої) електричної енергії та здійснює інші платежі згідно з умовами цього Договору.
Загальний обсяг постачання 677 738 кВт*час.»
2. Внести зміни до п. 5.1. договору, а саме: Споживач розраховується з Постачальником за електричну енергію за ціною, що становить 3,36303грн. (з ПДВ).»
