2) Керуючись пунктом 1 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пунктом 11.1.1. Договору № 1 від 29.04.2021 р., зменшити обсяги закупівлі товару, в зв’язку з чим Специфікацію - Додаток № 1 до Договору викласти в новій редакції
3) Зменшити суму договору на 8,68 грн. (в тому числі ПДВ 1,45 грн.) і викласти пункт 3.1. договору у новій редакції
